  • All orders will be processed in accordance with stock availability because there are differences in stock listed in online and offline stores. if it turns out to be unavailable, we will inform you then we will re-produce it and it takes approximately 5-7 working days.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day. 
  • Estimated delivery time (including preparation and packing) is 2-3 days after order entry, also follow the courier pick-up schedule from the expedition.
  • Please make sure the delivery address details along with the postal code to avoid any delay or mis-delivery.
  • Every incoming order will and must be registered in advance to get a customs queue number through the CDS (Custom Declaration System) regulation.

  • Inspection queues at customs take 2-3 working days and even more in certain cases. Once the queuing process is complete, a valid tracking receipt number will be issued.
  • Tracking delivery number will be informed via email or by whatsapp, please make sure you provide us with active and correct email or contact information.

  • Make sure your contact number or email is active and always monitor your mailbox, so that we can always give you the latest information about your order.
  • Delivery of the order will be done through one of two types of services: EMS or Export POS, depending on the destination country.
  • In destination countries especially in the Americas, Europe and Australia, shipping expeditions will be forwarded via DHL Express, however you can still track your shipment using the shipping receipt we use (Pos Indonesia).
  • Shipping costs include taxes imposed by our country’s customs. Regarding tax costs incurred in the destination country are borne by the customer, so in some cases we include invoices that are lower than the purchase price.
  • Delivery duration usually takes approximately 12-14 working days excluding delays that may arise during transit and document checking by local customs.
  • The delivery time given is an estimate, the parcel usually arrives within this time. There are cases where the parcel arrives with a delay (holidays, airline delays, customs office). We ask for your patience and understanding. Each parcel has a tracking number and each parcel is insured!
  • We have carried out good packaging procedures, so any loss and damage that may occur after the order arrives at the destination country is the responsibility of the local officer.

Because  we are using EMS service (POS Indonesia), we will often find delivery status in abbreviation. so in case you’re lost on what they mean, here they are :

EMA: Posting Collection – the item has gone through the CDS input process and been accepted by the post office counter

EMB: Arrival at outward OE – relayed from local post office to the international package office

EMC: Departure from outward OE – on to the cargo board and there it goes 

EMD: Arrival at inward OE – touch down in your country

EME: Airport Handling – it’s in the office that handles international packages, or held by Customs

EMF: Departure from inward OE – being sent to your regional post office 

EMG: Arrival at delivery – item is in Transit Office / regional post office

EMH: Attempted to deliver to your address, or could mean item returned 

EMI: Delivered either you receive it in your place or you take the item in the post office, such as when you need to pay the tax.
